WOWli is an AI-powered parent–child learning companion operated by WOWLI PTY LTD (ACN 701 187 608, ABN 86 701 187 608) ("WOWLI PTY LTD", "we", "us") in Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Three kinds of information: (1) a parent account — your name, email, and a securely hashed password; (2) the learning data you add for your child — vocabulary words, mistakes, practice problems, session results, and any notes; and (3) basic technical data needed to run the service — sign-in activity and standard device/browser information from your visits.
We keep a record of sign-in attempts to your account — successful and unsuccessful — including the date and time, the email address entered, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these records only to keep accounts secure: to help you when you can't sign in, and to detect and investigate suspicious activity such as repeated failed sign-ins. We never record your password. Sign-in records are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted.
Children do not have their own accounts; a parent or guardian sets up and manages everything. We use a child's first name, year level, and learning history only to run and personalise their learning. We do not build advertising profiles of children and we do not show ads.
To generate definitions, memory strategies, maths diagnoses, and nightly plans, we send learning content (words, problems, mistakes) to trusted third-party AI providers, who process it to return results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train external advertising systems.
To run and personalise your child's learning, to send you learning-summary emails, to keep the service secure, and to improve WOWli.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (AI model providers, cloud hosting, and email delivery), and where required to comply with the law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — email hey@wowli.com.au and we'll action it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
